At KAI Academy, we strive to ensure that you are fully satisfied with your learning experience. However, we understand that circumstances may change, and we offer the following refund policy:

1. Refund Requests:

If you are not satisfied with the course, you may request a refund within 7 days of your purchase. To request a refund, please email us at jeff@jcooperauthor.com with your purchase details and the reason for your request.

2. Eligibility for Refund:

To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:

  • The refund request is made within 7 days of purchase.
  • You have not completed more than 20% of the course content.

3. Refund Process:

Once your refund request is approved, the refund will be processed within 7-10 business days using the original payment method.

4. Non-Refundable Items:

After 7 days, no refunds will be provided. Additionally, any downloadable materials, bonus content, or promotional discounts are non-refundable.
